Short description
The objective of the week is to develop and present a company innovative and creative concepts related to Circular Economy. For starters, you do not need to know what Circular Economy concepts are. Thanks to experts and visit of CE companies within Brussels area, you will be able to develop, innovate and co-create great ideas that could be implemented into a company's business.
This week will be the opportunity to meet other students and have fun in a cross-cultural environment while being able to reflect on better business actions for our planet and changing from linear economy approach.

Format
BIP = Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (possibilities to get European fundings for non-Belgian students – please contact your International Office for further information)
Non-Belgian and eligible students will automatically be considered BIP participants.
Price - 290€
This fee includes:
- Meals (breakfasts, lunches and 1 supper)
- Accommodation (5 nights from 23 to 28 February in shared rooms)
- Social programme and material
Invoices will be sent individually to the students unless otherwise specified by the partnering institution.
Registration before 1 December 2024
Please send an email to internationalweeks@ephec.be if you need to modify/cancel your booking. No refunds will be made if cancellations are communicated later than 1 December 2024.

The week is intended for at least second year students in Marketing, Management or International Business.

Online sessions: 11 and 18 February, in the evening. The exact time slot will be communicated later

On site sessions: 24 to 28 February 2025 – EPHEC University College, Brussels (Campus Woluwe), Belgium
Schedule:
Activities will be scheduled from approximately 9:00 to 17:00 on Monday 24, Tuesday 25, Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27, and from 9:00 to 13:00 on Friday 28 February. Final presentations by the different groups will take place on Friday morning.
A farewell dinner will be organized on Thursday evening and one extra social activity will be scheduled on Monday or Tuesday afternoon at the end of the working day.
Field activities will take place out of the campus.

FAQ
EPHEC will book the accommodation for students from foreign institutions (included in the 290€ registration fees) for 5 nights from 23 to 28 February 2025. Name and address of the hotel will be communicated later.
Included in the price: Breakfast, bed linen and towels
Type of room: shared rooms or dorms
Check in / Check out: Check in is generally from 15:00 and check out until midday but this will depend on the hotel booked.
The students themselves must book their own transportation to Brussels, as soon as possible.
Arrival must be scheduled on Sunday 23 February at anytime (activities will only start on Monday 24 February morning, no activity scheduled on Sunday).
Departure should be scheduled on Friday 28 February afternoon/evening (activities will end around 13h, Brussels National Airport called Zaventem is at one-hour-distance by public transport, 15-minutes ride by taxi).

Reminder: there is no activity organized on Sunday 23 February evening.
You will receive on Monday morning a welcome bag with some surprises, among which some tickets to be used in Brussels public transport (metro, tram, bus STIB). Nevertheless, please note that you will have to pay the ticket to get to our campus from your hostel on Monday morning.
Information will be provided during the online session organized before the start of the physical week in Brussels (do not miss it !).
Yes! Whether you are Belgian or not! The purpose of an international week is to develop international relationships with other participants. Online sessions are also mandatory.
